Role Description

The Marketing Business Development Manager will focus on driving growth through strategic partnerships and targeted marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, executing market analyses, and leading campaigns to expand NoBrokerHood's footprint. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to meet business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Market Research
  • Expertise in Sales, Lead Generation, and Negotiation
  • Experience with Data Analysis, Reporting, and CRM tools
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the technology, real estate, or prop-tech industries is an advantage
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
