Role Description

This full-time Business Development Manager role is on-site and based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, strategizing and executing business plans, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, engaging potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the candidate will also drive consistent revenue generation and support the overall growth of NoBrokerHood.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic planning and market research abilities to identify growth opportunities
  • Team collaboration and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to achieve sales targets and drive growth
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with reporting preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the prop-tech or real estate industry is a plus
