We are looking for an intelligent, tech-savvy Business Development Executive who uses modern AI tools and data-driven strategies to identify, approach, and convert potential clients.

This is not a traditional cold-calling role.

We want someone who understands automation, AI-assisted outreach, personalization at scale, and smart prospecting techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research high-potential leads in target industries
  • Use AI tools to craft personalized outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Generate qualified meetings for the leadership team
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to refine positioning
  • Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies

What We're Looking For
  • Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, enrichment platforms, etc.)
  • Experience in B2B outreach or SaaS business development
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and experiment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, tech-focused environment

Bonus if you:

  • Have experience selling AI, SaaS, automation, or tech services
  • Have built outbound systems before
  • Understand marketing analytics or digital transformation
