About the Role

Elettro is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to support sales growth, lead generation, customer development, and marketing initiatives.

The role involves working closely with Top Management and the CMO across sales, business development, marketing,g and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads and new business opportunities.
Identify potential customers and develop new business relationships.
Communicate with prospects and customers through calls, WhatsApp, pp and email.
Understand customer requirements and support the sales process.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations and potential orders.
Assist with digital marketing, social media and promotional activities.
Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions and business development initiatives.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain lead, customer,mer and sales activity records.
Work closely with the CMO and Top Management on sales, marketing, and business initiatives.

Requirements

0–3 years of experience; freshers can apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing.
Comfortable with customer interaction, calls,s and follow-ups.
Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and social media.
Proactive, ambitious, and willing to take ownership.

This is a hands-on opportunity to build experience across Sales, Business Development, and Marketing while working directly with senior leadership.
