Role & Responsibilities
- 1+ year of experience in marketing/sales
- Prospect and generate qualified B2B leads through outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) and targeted account research.
- Drive business development by securing meetings and product demos with key decision-makers and converting qualified opportunities into revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute demand-generation campaigns, local events, webinars, and account-based marketing activities.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead activities, pipeline status, and opportunity notes to support forecasting and handoffs.
- Prepare persuasive proposals, commercial quotes, and follow-up sequences to accelerate deal closure in coordination with sales leadership.
- Monitor market and competitor activity, capture customer feedback, and deliver weekly KPI reports to refine outreach and messaging.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development with a track record of meeting targets.
- Strong commercial acumen, persuasive written proposals, and experience managing end-to-end sales cycles.
- On-site availability in India and willingness to travel to customer sites and events as required.
