Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing/sales
  • Prospect and generate qualified B2B leads through outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) and targeted account research.
  • Drive business development by securing meetings and product demos with key decision-makers and converting qualified opportunities into revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute demand-generation campaigns, local events, webinars, and account-based marketing activities.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead activities, pipeline status, and opportunity notes to support forecasting and handoffs.
  • Prepare persuasive proposals, commercial quotes, and follow-up sequences to accelerate deal closure in coordination with sales leadership.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity, capture customer feedback, and deliver weekly KPI reports to refine outreach and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen, persuasive written proposals, and experience managing end-to-end sales cycles.
  • On-site availability in India and willingness to travel to customer sites and events as required.
