JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated and creative Business Development & Marketing Associate to help promote our business brand and drive customer growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers.
JOB TITLE: Business Development & Marketing Associate
LOCATION: Any location preferably Vellore, Chennai & Bangalore
REPORTS TO: Business Manager / HR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote the company's name, products, and services.
Work with the team to design and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication and engagement.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or community outreach efforts
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA with Marketing background will be highly recommended.
Freshers passed out in 2024 or 2025 batch.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Excellent communication in any local languages and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
PREFERRED SKILLS
ؠFamiliarity with tools like Facebook & Instagram (Meta Business Suite), Canva (Free Plan), Mailchimp, Linktree, Google Analytics Meta Pixel etc.
ؠExperience with content creation or basic graphic design (Adobe suite).
ؠThe background in customer outreach or sales is a plus.
