Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to support Ecosmob's branding and marketing operations. The role involves coordinating international exhibitions and events, managing vendors and promotional materials, supporting website and marketing collateral updates, and identifying brand visibility opportunities to strengthen the global presence of Ecosmob Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research industry events, sponsorship opportunities, and branding platforms relevant to the company's domain and recommend participation.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop and update marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional assets.
  • Identify required updates on the company website and coordinate with internal teams for implementation.
  • Conduct market research and identify PR, publication, and branding opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
  • Assist in planning exhibitions and ensure timely readiness of promotional materials and booth branding in alignment with company brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with vendors for printing branding materials, merchandise, and other marketing requirements.
  • Coordinate with event organizers for registrations, participation details, and required documentation.
  • Work closely with the content team to align on messaging, themes, and promotional copy, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Organize and facilitate webinars and podcasts to promote the brand and engage with target audiences.
  • Support award submissions and other initiatives aimed at enhancing brand recognition.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of the telecom, VoIP industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
  • Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
  • Demonstrated experience with social media, social networking, email marketing, and search engines
  • Strong writing and copy-editing abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and technical departments.
