Job Description

We are looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to manage and optimise our lead management systems, marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations for premium residential projects. This role will focus on building efficient lead capture systems, improving lead qualification and implementing automation workflows that enhance engagement and conversion rates. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, WhatsApp integrations and lead lifecycle management.

Role Overview:

As a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist, will be responsible for managing the entire lead lifecycle from lead capture and automation workflows to CRM integration and conversion tracking and will work closely with marketing, digital, pre-sales, sales and technology teams to improve lead quality, response time and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management & Lead Lifecycle

Manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Sell.Do, or Zoho CRM

Configure lead capture systems, validation rules and automated lead routing

Ensure real-time lead flow from digital campaigns to CRM systems

Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing

Build and manage marketing automation workflows and drip campaigns

Implement automated lead nurturing sequences and follow-up triggers

Improve lead qualification and engagement using automation tools

WhatsApp Automation & Messaging

Implement WhatsApp Business API automation and communication workflows

Manage WhatsApp templates, auto-responders, drip campaigns and broadcast messaging

AI Chatbots & AI Calling Solutions

Configure and manage AI chatbots for automated lead responses and qualification

Support AI-based calling solutions for lead outreach and initial screening

Integrations & Attribution Tracking

Manage integrations between lead sources, CRM systems, and communication platforms

Implement Meta Conversion API (CAPI) and campaign attribution tracking

Data Management & System Optimisation

Perform data migration, cleansing, validation and deduplication

Ensure CRM data accuracy and system performance

Reporting & Dashboard Management

Build dashboards and reports for lead sources, campaign performance, and conversion tracking

Monitor key metrics including lead response time, conversion rates and campaign ROI

Vendor & Technical Coordination

Coordinate with digital agencies, communication vendors and technology teams

Troubleshoot integration issues related to CRM, APIs and messaging platforms

Ideal Candidate

47 years of experience in CRM management and marketing automation, preferably with digital agencies or in industries such as real estate, automobiles, hospitality, or luxury brands.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Sell.Do, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms

Experience in WhatsApp automation, chatbot integrations and lead workflows

Strong understanding of CRM integrations, APIs and marketing automation tools

Experience in campaign attribution, dashboards and reporting
