Position overview
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Digital Marketing CRM and Automation Specialist to design and execute impactful automated journeys that elevate the experience of our certified members database and community ecosystem. This role is central to driving engagement, ensuring timely and personalized communication, and building meaningful touchpoints across the member and chapter lifecycle.
The role will support both Membership Experience initiatives (including engagement and annual fee renewal) and Chapter programs, ensuring consistent communication, onboarding, and engagement for members, chapter participants, and leadership groups. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing onboarding journeys, engagement campaigns, newsletters, workflows, segmentation strategies, and performance analytics using platforms such as Zoho, MoEngage, HubSpot, and/or similar tools.
You will work closely with Community, Chapters, Marketing, IT and Operations teams to ensure automated journeys, data segmentation, and engagement strategies align with program goals, governance requirements, and regional chapter needs.
