Role Overview: 3 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing technology roles for B2B SaaS / IT services organizations. Hands-on expertise with Google Experienced Marketing Technology & Operations Analyst to own and optimize our marketing technology stack. This role sits at the intersection of marketing channels, data, and technology, and will play a critical part in enabling scalable demand generation through accurate tracking, actionable insights, and strong agency collaboration.
Core Roles and Responsibilities
• Own the website and marketing technology stack – website integrations, marketing automation, intent data platforms, WhatsApp, social media analytics.
• Setup tracking, tagging, and data flows to support reporting, attribution, and decision-making.
• Create and analyze data reports to provide inputs on demand generation strategies to business marketing leads.
• Liaise with external agencies to manage and scale SEO content plans, hit performance KPIs.
• Be the internal subject-matter expert on marketing technology and digital measurement best practices.
Desired Skillset:
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing technology roles for B2B SaaS / IT services organizations.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics/ Google Tag Manager and mainstream marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Comfort working across marketing, data, and technology teams in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
• Experience with attribution models and demand generation analytics.
• Prior experience working with specialized or full-stack marketing agencies.
