We're Hiring: Marketing Automation Manager
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation Manager to own and build our lifecycle marketing function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where you'll manage everything—from tool setup and campaign execution to journey design and performance optimisation.

What You'll Do:
• Own end-to-end campaign execution across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push
• Design and manage automated customer journeys (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation)
• Execute both BAU and trigger-based campaigns independently
• Manage marketing automation tools like CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage (or similar)
• Set up workflows, event tracking, segmentation, and campaign logic
• Act as the go-to person for all automation-related initiatives
• Build audience cohorts based on behaviour, transactions, and lifecycle stages
• Drive personalised, targeted communication
• Track and optimise key metrics: delivery, open rates, CTR, conversion, retention
• Run A/B tests and continuously improve campaign performance
• Share actionable insights with stakeholders
• Collaborate with product/tech teams for integrations and event tracking
• Identify tracking gaps and ensure proper implementation
• Maintain clear documentation of flows, events, and campaigns
• Continuously experiment and identify new growth opportunities
• Take ownership and solve problems proactively
What We're Looking For:
• 3–6 years of experience in Marketing Automation / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing
• Hands-on experience with tools like CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong execution skills with an ownership mindset
• Solid understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing
• Analytical, data-driven thinker
• Basic knowledge of event tracking, APIs, and integrations
