Key Responsibilities

WhatsApp & CRM Automation

• Plan and execute bulk WhatsApp campaigns using WhatsApp Business API / Enterprise tools

• Create automated workflows, chatbot flows, and AI-based templates

• Manage CRM for lead nurturing and customer engagement

• Integrate WhatsApp automation with CRM and marketing funnels

Mandatory Skills

• WhatsApp Business API / WhatsApp Enterprise knowledge

• CRM tools experience (Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, etc.)

• Bulk WhatsApp & Email campaign management

• Automation workflow creation

• Canva or basic graphic designing skills

• Creative copywriting skills

• Basic English reading and writing skills
