Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Automation Executive to manage and optimize our marketing automation processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing campaigns, nurturing leads, and improving customer engagement through automation tools, while also leveraging AI-driven solutions and agents to enhance efficiency and personalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other digital channels
- Set up and manage workflows, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences
- Segment databases to ensure targeted and personalized communication
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging campaign assets
- Maintain and update CRM and marketing automation tools
- Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and compliance with data privacy standards
- Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Track lead journeys and support the sales team with qualified leads
- Leverage AI tools and marketing automation agents to optimize campaign execution, personalization, and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing tasks using AI-driven workflows
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing automation or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes
- Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices and analytics
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms used in marketing automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with campaign analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Understanding of AI-powered marketing tools, chatbots, and automation agents
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle, funnel optimization, and personalization strategies
