Develop and manage digital templates (emails, landing pages, programs) within the marketing automation platform.
Ensure responsive/mobile email, landing page, and form designs meet Gallagher brand standards and are cross-browser/device compatible.
Build and execute test strategies, including A/B and multi-variant testing, to drive qualified traffic and revenue.
Support execution of marketing campaigns, including campaign flow builds, email creation, landing page/form creation, and media placement tracking.
Support automated lead generation programs and understand lead scoring/nurturing as it relates to campaigns.
Report on critical email and marketing automation campaign metrics.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert on marketing automation best practices, email deliverability, campaign execution, and data integrity.
Follow internal workflows, QA processes, and coordinate across time zones to meet SLAs.
