Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and QA multi-step customer journeys using Braze Canvas with conditional logic and A B testing
- Implement dynamic personalization using Liquid logic including conditional branching and templating
- Manage and utilize Braze Catalogs for product feeds and dynamic content injection
- Configure and troubleshoot campaign triggers such as custom events, attributes, and purchase data
- Ensure campaigns scale effectively by considering rate limits, throttling, and performance constraints
- Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely event and attribute availability via mParticle
Required Skills and Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Braze, including Canvas and campaign execution
- Deep knowledge of Liquid logic for personalization and dynamic content
- Strong experience with mParticle including event taxonomy design, user identity resolution, and data quality validation
- Experience configuring mParticle connections and feeds to downstream tools including Braze
- Familiarity with mParticle debugging tools to validate event flow, attributes, and user profiles
- Experience working with Census for data activation is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Braze SDKs for mobile and web, including implementation best practices and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of large-scale campaign execution and operational considerations
