Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and QA multi-step customer journeys using Braze Canvas with conditional logic and A B testing
  • Implement dynamic personalization using Liquid logic including conditional branching and templating
  • Manage and utilize Braze Catalogs for product feeds and dynamic content injection
  • Configure and troubleshoot campaign triggers such as custom events, attributes, and purchase data
  • Ensure campaigns scale effectively by considering rate limits, throttling, and performance constraints
  • Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely event and attribute availability via mParticle

Required Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Braze, including Canvas and campaign execution
  • Deep knowledge of Liquid logic for personalization and dynamic content
  • Strong experience with mParticle including event taxonomy design, user identity resolution, and data quality validation
  • Experience configuring mParticle connections and feeds to downstream tools including Braze
  • Familiarity with mParticle debugging tools to validate event flow, attributes, and user profiles
  • Experience working with Census for data activation is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Braze SDKs for mobile and web, including implementation best practices and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of large-scale campaign execution and operational considerations
