Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and publish content across social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Create engaging content ideas for social media, performance ads, and brand campaigns

• Write clear and compelling copy for posts, advertisements, website, and marketing collateral

• Execute Whatsapp drip campaigns to drive engagement and conversions

• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and external agencies to bring content to life

• Support end-to-end execution of brand and marketing campaigns

• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels

• Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements and alignment

• Track content performance and optimize based on insights and data

• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant:

• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or social media roles

• Strong content creation and copywriting skills

• Good understanding of platform-specific formats (Reels, carousels, ads, etc.)

• Creative mindset with the ability to execute ideas quickly

• Basic understanding of marketing metrics such as CTR, engagement, and conversions

• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields (Preferred)

• Master's in marketing is a plus
