Marketing Associate (Social Media, Content and AI Video)

This role sits at the intersection of social media, AI-led creativity, design thinking, and content strategy — perfect for someone who enjoys building new-age, high-impact digital communication.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing social media and scaling impressions, engagement, and followers across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels

• Research social media trends, competitor activity, audience behaviour, and platform updates; suggest fresh content ideas and formats

• Edit reels and short-form content for social media

• Assist with social media creatives, graphic edits, and presentation/deck edits

QA every post before it goes live — alignment, spacing, typography, and brand consistency (You don't need to be a designer, but you should know when something looks visually off)

• Create humanised, talking-style AI reels using tools like InVideo, HeyGen, Nano Bana, and similar platforms (Video is a priority workstream, not an afterthought)

• Convert webinars, podcasts, interviews, and event footage into social-ready content using Opus AI and other AI-powered tools

• Use AI tools to improve workflows, speed, and content quality

• Brainstorm viral campaigns, growth ideas, and engaging content formats

You should ideally have experience with

• Canva/Adobe Illustrator for designing

• LinkedIn Marketing

• ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or other AI tools

• content creation + copywriting

• short-form video editing and designing

• analytics and performance tracking

• Meta Ads Manager

Qualifications

• Prefer 2-3 years of experience in social media or marketing communications
• Strong portfolio with sample of content across LinkedIn and Instagram
• Hands-on experience with Canva and at least one Adobe tool (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
• Understanding of social media analytics (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics)
• Comfortable with technical video edits and AI content creation, and have used tools like Nano Banana, Claude, Opus AI, Google AI Studio, etc
• Experience writing for professional or business audiences is a plus
