Committed to using only the finest, responsibly sourced beans, the company delivers coffee less than 48 hours after roasting to ensure peak flavor. Starting with a 5 kg batch roaster, the business quickly expanded to Phoenix Marketcity Kurla and now serves premium Single Origin and Signature blends across India via its website and partners. TCR has now served over 2 lacs + coffee lovers and is present across website, amazon, flipkart, blinkit, zepto, instamart and more partners.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Associate based in Bengaluru. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, overseeing marketing campaigns, working on sales initiatives, and managing projects. The candidate will support the development and execution of strategies to promote brand visibility and increase revenue in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends, analyze data, and gather insights
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to support campaigns and promotional activities
• Project Management skills to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives effectively
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Eligibility: Fresher or 1 year of relevant work experience.
