Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to work closely with the Head of Marketing in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, wants to learn the ropes of strategic marketing, and is excited to be mentored while contributing to critical deliverables across branding, content, communication, events, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Shadow the Head of Marketing to support daily operations, project tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups

Manage internal communication, calendar coordination, and preparation of briefing documents

Contribute to content planning, article drafting, email communication, and social media campaigns

Assist in developing brand decks, marketing collaterals, and campaign performance reports

Coordinate with design, PR, and external vendors for ongoing deliverables

Liaise with BD, HR, Product, and other teams to support cross-functional marketing requirements

Track marketing milestones, prepare progress reports, and recommend process improvements

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field

2+ years of experience in a marketing or communication role

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills (mandatory)

Comfortable working under tight timelines and handling multiple responsibilities

Curious, driven, and enthusiastic about deep-tech, defence, drones, and aerospace

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of Canva or design tools is a plus

• Work Mode: On-site (Bhubaneswar office)
