Marketing Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role in our Bengaluru office. It is not remote or hybrid.

You'll be ShiftAI's first marketing hire, working directly with the founder and our sales lead. There's no playbook to inherit and no team to hide behind. You'll build the marketing engine from scratch: try ten things, measure them, and double down on the two that work.

What you'll own:

• Founder-led content: run the founder's LinkedIn presence (posts, carousels, short videos), turning talks, client work and AI insights into content that CXOs actually read
• Pipeline: build outreach sequences, prospect research and account one-pagers with sales, and track which messages turn into meetings
• Events: plan our presence at industry summits before, during and after, so every event produces leads and follow-ups
• Proof: write case stories, industry use-case pages and ROI explainers
• Experiments: run fast tests on new channels and formats, and report results honestly, including what failed

In your first 90 days: a content system running with 2–3 posts a week, two outbound experiments run with sales, and three proof assets live.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing (0–2 years of experience; recent graduates welcome), with an interest in B2B, technology or growth marketing
• High agency: you've started something nobody asked you to (a page, a newsletter, a campus initiative, a side project) and can show what happened
• AI-native: you use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Apollo or Clay daily and can do the work of a small team with them
• A clear writer who can explain a technical idea to a CFO or plant head in plain words
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast feedback and changing priorities
• Able to work full-time from our Bengaluru office
• Bonus: experience with LinkedIn content, paid campaigns, SEO, video editing, or exposure to manufacturing or consulting
