Role Overview
We are hiring a dynamic Marketing Associate to support and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives across channels. This is a generalist role where you will be plugged into everything from social media and email marketing to branding, PR, events, and academy growth. One of your core responsibilities will be to own and grow Scry AI's LinkedIn presence, driving both visibility and engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a full-stack marketing career and contribute directly to growth initiatives in a fast-moving AI environment.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn and Digital Marketing
• Own Scry AI's LinkedIn presence end-to-end including content planning, creation, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking; monitor trends, competitor activity, and algorithm updates to continuously refine strategy.
• Build and execute a LinkedIn-first growth strategy covering follower growth, engagement, and lead generation; explore growth levers including employee advocacy, influencer engagement, strategic partnerships, and LinkedIn groups.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to produce high-quality posts (carousels, videos, thought leadership) aligned with brand tone, voice, and visual guidelines; promote product launches, webinars, and reports via organic and sponsored initiatives.
Broader Marketing Initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely campaign execution across email, PR, and events; support email marketing efforts including product announcements, nurture campaigns, and PR outreach.
• Contribute to branding, competitor benchmarking, and media outreach as needed.
Academy and Campus Growth
• Drive awareness and enrolment for Scry AI's courses and certifications across college campuses; build relationships with placement cells, academic departments, faculty, and student clubs to position Scry AI as a preferred AI learning partner.
• Own enrolment growth targets through a structured college pipeline and conversion funnel; run targeted digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, email) aimed at students and freshers.
• Develop campus-specific collateral (brochures, decks, emailers, social content) for student and institutional audiences; identify and onboard campus brand ambassadors as on-ground advocates.
• Explore institutional tie-ups, MOUs, and bulk/co-branded certification partnerships with universities; coordinate with the academy/product team to align course messaging with curriculum needs and industry relevance.
• Track enrolment metrics, conversion rates, and campus engagement; iterate strategy based on data.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution (mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech/SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a marketing channel including content types, algorithm basics, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both student audiences and institutional stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking campaign performance and deriving actionable insights.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and social media scheduling/analytics tools.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when planning events, outreach, and campaigns.
