Experience:
- 2 to 6 Years into BTL/ATL Marketing in the Ed-Tech Industry
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable results.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, identify trends, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Visiting schools and local tuition teachers
- Lead Generation
- Canopy activities
- Leaflet distribution (Outside Schools/Coaching/Markets/Offices) & data collection
- RWA activities Meet authorized persons & schedule senior meetings
- Data collection & upload into the system
- Meeting with School Admin/Principal:
- Visit local schools to meet school coordinators/principals and book appointments for senior meetings
- Meet & greet during annual functions, pre-exam visits, birthdays & anniversaries
- Build collaboration with local tuition teachers and coaching center owners.
