Job Title: Marketing Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies that increase property visibility, attract potential buyers/renters, and enhance the company's brand presence across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for property listings and company branding.

* Create, edit, and manage content for websites, email newsletters, brochures, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

* Coordinate with real estate agents and photographers to gather content (images, videos, property details) for marketing materials.

* Maintain and update property listings on websites and third-party platforms

* Support event planning for open houses, client appreciation events, and promotional activities.

* Track marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports on metrics like website traffic, lead conversions, and ad performance.

* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

* Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms and materials.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

* 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

* Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media scheduling tools.

* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva is a plus.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.

* Experience with video marketing or real estate videography.

* Familiarity with local market trends and real estate terminology.

Experience: Minimum 3 years required and if from similar domain that would be beneficial
