Hiring: Marketing Associate Intern (3-Month Role | WFH)

Stipend: 15,000/month

Opportunity to convert to full-time at 25,000/month based on performance

Weekly off: Monday (No Sunday off)

Working Time : 3 PM to 11 PM

We're a fast-paced D2C brand looking for a Marketing Associate Intern who can contribute directly to growth across ads, content, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in execution and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns
• Design Canva creatives for ads, product communication & social
• Conduct product + competitor research for strategy inputs
• Coordinate with influencer/content agencies to deliver reels on schedule
• Support RTO reduction through proactive customer follow-ups
• Order confirmation and customer communication

Ideal Candidate

• Prior exposure to Meta Ads Manager
• Strong sense of visual design in Canva
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Self-organized, eager to learn fast
