Role overview -

We are looking for a Marketing Associate who can manage on-ground execution, vendor coordination, and cross-functional marketing support. This role requires someone comfortable stepping out, managing partners, supporting events, and ensuring marketing activities are executed smoothly across retail and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities -

Marketing Operations & Coordination

• Act as the central point of contact for vendors, agencies, and external partners
• Coordinate with performance agencies, media partners, influencers, and PR teams
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and on-ground execution tracking

Retail & Cross-Functional Support

• Coordinate with retail and VM teams for local promotions and store-level marketing
• Support CRM campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, and email
• Assist in planning and execution of store launches, events, and exhibitions

Qualifications -

• 24 years of experience in marketing operations, events, or execution-focused roles
• Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to coordinate with agencies and track campaign performance
• Familiarity with analytics tools and CRM platforms to support reporting and execution
• Strong coordination, vendor management, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with Excel and basic reporting
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and on-ground execution
