Role Overview
We're looking for a disciplined and proactive Influencer Marketing Associate who can identify high-quality creators in a saturated market and manage influencer campaigns end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Scout and handpick relevant influencers using research and scouting tools.
Manage influencer campaigns from onboarding to execution and reporting.
Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting timelines.
Communicate and negotiate with influencers and talent managers.
Track campaign performance using marketing and analytics tools.
Maintain organized data, reports, and campaign documentation.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with influencer discovery/scouting and marketing analytics tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
Good data management and organizational discipline.
Preferred
Knowledge of multiple south Indian languages.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and performance-driven mindset.
