We are looking for a creative, proactive Marketing Associate who can help grow our platform, build our student community, and connect with colleges, employers, and startups.

Responsibilities

Promote CollegeLancer.com across social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
Build relationships with colleges, student communities, placement cells, startups, and employers.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase registrations and platform engagement.
Create engaging social media posts, promotional content, and marketing campaigns.
Identify opportunities for campus outreach, partnerships, and student ambassador programs.
Track campaign performance, website traffic, registrations, and engagement.
Research competitors and recommend practical growth strategies.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in digital marketing, social media, and community building.
Creative thinking and a willingness to take ownership.
Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, content creation, or digital marketing is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a growing team.
