Timing: 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM

Role Overview:
We are seeking aMarketing Associateto manage digital marketing initiatives, drive engagement, and enhance brand presence in the U.S. hospitality market. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional with strong digital marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including content strategy, automation, and performance tracking.
- Design compelling visuals using Canva and Photoshop to enhance campaign appeal.
- Segment audience lists and create personalized content strategies to boost engagement.
- Manage and grow presence across social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Run and monitor SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Support SEO initiatives by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring content alignment.
- Collaborate with Sales and Design teams to create marketing materials, catalogues, and case studies.
- Maintain and clean email databases, ensuring deliverability and tracking performance metrics.
- Stay updated with U.S. B2B market trends in hospitality and recommend marketing improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in digital or B2B marketing (hospitality, interiors, or furniture industry preferred).
- Strong hands-on expertise in email marketing and social media marketing.
- Good understanding of SEO, content strategy, and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Required Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency in HTML and basic WordPress development.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, CRM tools, and email automation workflows.
- Strong design skills with Canva and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
