Athena Advisors, our consulting arm, provides specialized services in the areas of

Mortgage Finance, Credit Information and Risk to Banks, HFCs, NBFCs, MFIs, and Credit

Bureaus.

We are looking for a Marketing Associate who will complement to the growth journey of this

initiative.

Key responsibilities:

Social Media management: Develop and execute social media strategies across

Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and YouTube to increase brand awareness

and engagement.

Content creation: Create, curate and manage all published content (images, videos,

written posts) ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.

Market research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer

preferences to develop marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.

Branding strategies: Assist in developing digital campaigns, social media

collaborations, and other initiatives to enhance brand positioning.

Video and design: Support basic video shooting/editing and design requirements using

tools like Canva or Adobe.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and execution

Proficiency in design and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe)

Ability to think creatively to develop unique marketing campaigns

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Eagerness to learn, adapt and grow within a dynamic environment

Qualification: Graduate degree (preferably in Media and Marketing)

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in relevant field (Media and Marketing)

Remuneration: Will be commensurate as per candidate's skills and capabilities
