Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, active, and responsible Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and business development activities. The candidate will assist in content creation, social media management, campaign coordination, lead support, market research, and day-to-day marketing execution.

The role is suitable for someone who is interested in marketing, social media, real estate, branding, and business promotion. The candidate should be eager to learn, comfortable with digital platforms, and able to coordinate with internal teams for smooth marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing & Content Executive

  • Assist in creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
  • Plan and prepare captions, post ideas, reels concepts, stories, creatives, and promotional content.
  • Record videos for projects, sites, office activities, brand promotions, client testimonials, and social media content.
  • Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and basic brand videos.
  • Create social media creatives, posters, WhatsApp creatives, brochures, presentations, and basic marketing designs.
  • Assist in developing content strategy and brand-building ideas for the company.
  • Support in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Visit project sites when required for video shoots, photo collection, reels, and content gathering.
  • Maintain social media posting schedules and ensure regular content publishing.
  • Research market trends, competitor pages, real estate content ideas, franchise industry updates, and social media trends.
  • Support lead generation campaigns by coordinating with the sales and leasing team.
  • Help in preparing marketing reports, campaign performance summaries, and daily marketing updates.
  • Maintain proper records of marketing creatives, content files, campaign data, videos, photos, and lead-related information.
  • Support the company in improving its online presence, brand image, and overall marketing communication.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Advance knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or any video editing tool will be preferred.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think of new content ideas.
  • Basic understanding of social media trends, reels, captions, and digital promotion.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Professional attitude, active personality, and responsible work approach.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates with 2 or more years of experience can apply.
  • Candidates from marketing, digital marketing, social media, content creation, or business development background will be preferred.
  • Graduate in any stream preferred.
  • Candidates must be comfortable with social media work, content coordination, basic reporting, and team follow-up.

He/She should be comfortable working with social media platforms, content ideas, marketing campaigns, and team coordination. The candidate should be able to support the marketing team with timely execution, proper follow-ups, and fresh ideas for brand growth.
