Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant, based in Chengalpattu. The Marketing Assistant will assist in executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves collaborating with the team to identify opportunities, gathering market intelligence, and implementing creative strategies to promote products and services.

• Plan and execute marketing ideas to increase customers
• Handle Instagram & Facebook (posts, reels, replies)
• Run online ads & update Google business profile
• Organize offers, events & collaborations
• Track results from marketing campaigns
• Manage customer reviews & build good relationships
• Help with photos/videos and content creation

• Any degree (Marketing preferred, not mandatory)
• 0–2 years experience (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication in English & Tamil
• Basic knowledge of social media & Canva
• Creative and interested in beauty industry

• ₹20,000/month (Negotiable)
