This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant, located in Bengaluru. The Marketing Assistant will support marketing initiatives by conducting market research, assisting in sales efforts, coordinating customer interactions, and contributing to promotional campaigns. The role involves liaising with various teams to enhance brand visibility and improve customer engagement at Hobby Ghar's studios and events. The individual will also support event planning, social media activities, and administrative tasks related to marketing and sales campaigns.

• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with team members, customers, and external partners
• Experience in Market Research and the ability to analyze trends to support marketing strategies
• Customer Service and Sales skills to foster positive client engagement and enhance customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of Sales & Marketing practices to contribute to campaigns and achieve business objectives
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and data organization
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in hobby or lifestyle industries is an added advantage
