Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Marketing Assistant role located in Chennai. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for conducting market research, assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies, supporting customer service operations, and helping to grow the business's sales initiatives. The role will include coordinating with clients, managing sales inquiries, and assisting in promotional activities to expand the company's reach and reputation.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Market Research and analysis experience to help understand customer needs and market trends
• Customer Service skills to handle client inquiries and maintain positive relationships
• Previous experience in sales or related fields is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
