Role Title: Marketing Assistant to Business Head
Department: Sales & Marketing Agriculture Division

Role Overview:
The Marketing Assistant will support the Business Head in managing agricultural sales operations, dealer coordination, recovery follow-ups, and business schedules. The role ensures smooth communication between the Business Head, dealers, sales supervisors, and field teams, enabling efficient execution of sales and recovery targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business & Schedule Coordination
- Manage the Business Head's daily schedule, including dealer meetings, field visits, and review sessions.
- Coordinate with sales supervisors and regional teams for smooth field operations.
- Maintain meeting notes, follow-up lists, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
2. Dealer & Distributor Management
- Assist in maintaining an updated database of dealers and distributors across regions.
- Coordinate communication of new product launches, offers, and schemes to dealers.
- Collect and compile dealer feedback and field issues for the Business Head's review.
3. Recovery & Payment Follow-up
- Track dealer outstanding payments and coordinate recovery actions with the sales team.
- Prepare and maintain dealer-wise recovery and credit reports.
- Ensure timely reminders and updates to dealers and the Business Head regarding dues.
4. Sales Reporting & Data Management
- Support in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales and recovery reports.
- Compile sales data from field teams and present consolidated performance updates.
- Assist in preparing presentations and MIS reports for management meetings.
5. Administrative & Field Support
- Coordinate travel plans, logistics, and documentation for dealer meetings and field visits.
- Maintain all files and correspondence related to sales, recovery, and dealer communications.
- Handle confidential business data responsibly and ensure proper record-keeping.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of agricultural product distribution and dealer networks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in follow-ups.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Commerce, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in sales coordination, dealer management, or recovery (preferably in the agriculture sector).
