Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Creative Artist who can deliver high-quality visuals across
creative artwork, game assets, and realistic compositions.
This role requires strong
design fundamentals, visual judgment, and execution skills, along with the ability to
use AI as a production tool to create, refine, and deliver marketing-ready visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on key lobby projects
- Create new designs, adaptations, and game art assets
- Execute realistic compositions, photo manipulation, and high-end retouching
- Translate briefs into clear, effective visuals with minimal rework
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams when required
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across deliverables
- Guide and support junior team members when needed
AI Expectation (Critical)
- Generate visuals using AI tools and convert them into usable marketing assets
- Refine, clean, and enhance AI-generated images to meet production quality
- Ensure consistency with existing game art styles, characters, and environments
- Apply color theory, lighting, composition, and brand guidelines to AI outputs
- Use AI smartly and selectively, not blindly
- Deliver outputs that are ready for final use in campaigns and lobbies
Tools & Software
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Hands-on experience with AI tools
- Understanding of retouching workflows, compositing, and asset optimization
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of color, composition, lighting, and visual hierarchy
- Experience in game art assets / marketing creatives / entertainment visuals
- Expertise in photo manipulation, compositing, and retouching
- Ability to handle both creative artwork and realistic visuals
