Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media (Primary Focus)
Manage and execute content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and
TikTok
Maintain a strong working knowledge of Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including posting, engagement, and paid
advertising
Create marketing content such as posts, graphics, short videos, flyers, and email campaigns for U.S. audiences
Manage and support marketing campaigns using Sense (experience with Sense is a plus)
Track engagement and performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results
Maintain brand consistency across all channels
Sales Support
Assist with outbound outreach and follow-ups with U.S.-based prospects
Support demos, lead nurturing, and basic CRM updates
Help move prospects from initial interest to next steps
Recruiting Support
Assist with recruiting and hiring campaigns
Support candidate communication and coordination
Promote open roles through marketing and social media channel
General Team Support
Assist with events, trade shows, and promotional activities
Provide support to operations and leadership as needed
Help improve processes and workflows across the business
Required Qualifications
Experience in marketing and social media management
Required experience with Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Strong understanding of the United States market
Fluent, professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to write clear, natural-sounding content for U.S. audiences
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Willingness to contribute beyond a strict job description
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset
