Social Media Manager Wanted Airbnb & Safe Deposit Vault Business (Surat)

Are you passionate about digital marketing and ready to help two unique businesses grow their online presence We are seeking a creative, proactive Social Media Manager to manage the social channels for our premium Airbnb stay and our secure safe deposit vault services. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each business to drive engagement, bookings, and brand awareness

- Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

- Design eye-catching posts; curate photos and videos to highlight experiences and trustworthiness

- Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly to drive engagement and customer satisfaction

- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and report key insights

- Stay updated on industry trends (Airbnb, hospitality, fintech/security) to ensure relevant, up-to-date communication

- Plan and collaborate on campaigns, influencer collaborations, and local event promotions

Ideal Candidate:

- 13 years of social media management experience (hospitality/fintech preferred)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati

- Proficient with Canva, Meta Business Suite, video/photo editing tools, analytics

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling

- Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask

- Knowledge of Airbnb digital trends and local customer expectations is a plus
