Job Summary :
We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager with 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have worked in an IT company and be comfortable promoting apps/software while coordinating with international influencers. Strong English communication is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Plan, create, and schedule posts, reels, and monthly content calendars.
- Find and coordinate with foreign influencers and guide them for app promotion content.
- Review and approve influencer-generated content.
- Track performance analytics and optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media and influencer marketing trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in Social Media or Influencer Marketing.
- Experience in an IT company (preferred).
- Strong written and spoken English (mandatory).
- Good understanding of social media trends, content formats, and engagement strategies.
- Coordination and communication skills, especially with international creators.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or content scheduling tools is a plus.
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Experience with paid promotions or influencer campaigns.
- Knowledge of reel trends and social content strategies.
