Marketing and Social Media Intern, Mass Appeal (3 Months)

The candidate must be Mumbai based and have strong passion for and knowledge of the music distribution scene and the independent cross-genre music market, an understanding of digital retail platforms, release requirements and opportunities, a creative spirit, and solid technical capabilities.

What you'll do:

• Assisting with calendarizing social media content across artist releases and label campaigns
• Drafting captions, basic social copy, and short-form communication for posts across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Working on content formats and social-first IP's.
• Monitoring social media trends, cultural moments, and audience conversations to help identify quick-turnaround content opportunities
• Editing and formatting of social assets using tools like Canva, VN, or in-app editing tools.
• Maintain campaign trackers, release sheets, and marketing documentation for in-house and distribution releases

Who you are:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital culture, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Interest in hip hop, music culture, and youth internet trends
• Basic familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, VN, or Adobe tools
• Ability to write clear, engaging social copy and captions
• Someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced campaign environment
