Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing And Sales Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Marketing and Sales Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all marketing campaigns and sales strategies. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading a team to optimize sales efforts, organizing marketing events, and analyzing market trends to inform strategic planning. Collaboration with creative teams and stakeholders to enhance the brand's market presence is also essential.

Qualifications

• Marketing skills: Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and branding strategies
• Sales skills: Proficiency in client relationship management, lead generation, and sales performance tracking
• Leadership and collaboration: Team management, stakeholder communication, and project coordination skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, measure campaign performance, and adapt strategies as necessary
• Additional qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the beverage industry is a plus.
