Opportunity:Internship+ PPO (CTC 55.5 LPA based on performance)

Qualification:B.Tech or MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred)passed out of 2025

About the Role:

ProcMart is looking for dynamic and enthusiasticMarketing & SalesInternsto join our team at Chakan, Pune.

Thisinternshipoffers hands-on experience in sales operations, customer engagement, and business development, along with an opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conductprospecting and lead generationto identify potential customers.
  • Supportcustomer engagementthrough calls, visits, and relationship management.
  • Assist inproduct presentation and demonstrationsto clients.
  • Participate innegotiation and deal closingactivities.
  • Performcustomer needs analysisto align solutions with client requirements.
  • Contribute tosales pipeline managementand CRM data updates.
  • Conductmarket researchto identify new business opportunities.
  • Work onpresenting solutionsand proposals to customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive sales and achieve business targets.
