Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator. The role involves coordinating sales activities, supporting sales teams, maintaining customer relationships, and efficiently managing sales operations. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will also contribute to improving customer satisfaction while ensuring the smooth execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support and manage sales processes effectively
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients and address their needs thoughtfully
• Experience in Sales and ability to assist in optimizing sales performance and achieving targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-2 Years of experience
