Key Responsibilities:
Account Research & Enrichment
- Identify ICP-fit (Ideal Customer Profile) companies and develop complete company profiles including industry, size, revenue, region, and subsidiaries.
- Validate and enrich firmographic information using reliable data sources such as web research, databases, and reports.
Contact Research & Profiling
- Enrich contact records with accurate and complete data including Name, Email, Phone, Title, LinkedIn URL, Location, Department, and Seniority.
Marketing Database Hygiene & Audits
- Conduct regular audits to identify data gaps, duplicates, and outdated information in CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Execute batch updates and enrichment workflows for large datasets using manual or automated methods.
- Standardize and normalize fields to ensure alignment with lead scoring and routing systems.
Data Uploads & CRM Quality Control
- Perform quality control checks before uploading datasets into Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Maintain audit logs to track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate key data quality metrics and insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in Market or Contact Research, Data Mining, or Marketing/Sales Operations.
- Strong understanding of secondary research methodologies and web-based data mining.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups, and data formatting).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Clearbit.
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and/or Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and data governance.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or HR Tech environments.
- Exposure to ICP-based segmentation and persona mapping.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or VB Scripts.
