Role Overview
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for creating high-quality marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets that reflect Oaklane Capital's brand ethos research-driven, fiduciary, and institution-grade. The role requires strong design and communication skills, proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva, and an understanding of website content management and layout design.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Collateral & Brand Assets
- Design and develop marketing collateral pitch decks, product brochures,investor updates, and event materials.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all communication touchpoints (PPTs, PDFs, web visuals).
- Collaborate with research and business teams to translate analytical content into visually engaging materials.
Presentation & Design Excellence
- Build and refine high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings (investors, partners, regulators).
- Create infographics, charts, and marketing visuals using Canva / Adobe Suite.
- Ensure all materials adhere to Oaklane's brand guidelines (color, tone, typography, and format).
Website & Digital Presence
- Support updates to the Oaklane Capital website, coordinating with external developers and internal teams.
- Understand website UI/UX and contribute to layout improvements and content structure.
- Work on digital assets (banners, thumbnails, event creatives, newsletters, etc.).
Campaign & Event Support
- Assist in planning and executing investor communication campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, design, or event-related deliverables.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Maintain marketing asset repository and version control for all brand material.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- Experience: 25 years in marketing/design, preferably in financial services, PMS, or AMC environment. Preferred not mandatory
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced PowerPoint and Canva skills (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Figma (preferred).
- Basic understanding of website CMS (WordPress/Wix) and digital publishing.
- Soft Skills: Strong visual sense, attention to detail, time management, and ability to work cross-functionally.
