About the Role
We're looking for a creative and strategic Corporate Communications professional to lead our digital presence and strengthen our brand voice across social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, collaborating with leadership, and turning complex IT concepts into engaging content that builds credibility and trust.
You will act as the single point of ownership for corporate social media, employer branding initiatives, and digital reputation management.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strong social media strategy aligned with business and brand goals.
- Manage and grow corporate platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Create engaging content including posts, videos, infographics, leadership messaging, and company announcements.
- Translate technical IT topics into clear, compelling content for employees and external audiences.
- Drive employer branding, employee advocacy programs, and culture storytelling.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Manage brand reputation, respond to audience engagement, and support crisis communication when required.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Marketing, and Senior Leadership to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
- Handle ad-hoc communication requests and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines.
What We're Looking For
- 610 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management (IT/Technology preferred).
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
- Experience working with senior leadership teams.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing and technology domains (Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, Software Services).
- Analytical mindset with experience using social media and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end deliverables.
