Your impact

Role

The Marketing and Communications Specialist supports the global marketing and campaign strategy for Jacobs Program Management business. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, turning strategy into action, coordinating campaigns, creating content and amplifying Jacobs story across global markets. The ideal candidate combines strong writing and storytelling skills with confidence in managing stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

This role is essential to delivering Jacobs global Program Management marketing plan. The Marketing Specialist will help keep campaigns moving, sustain the always-on content rhythm and ensure the Program Management story spanning lifecycle solutions, complexity and people reaches clients, markets and employees consistently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Support campaign and content Delivery

Help execute the global Program Management marketing plan, including the core campaigns. Create engaging, high-quality content and work collaboratively with social and digital marketing to publish on digital platforms. Track campaign performance and report on engagement and outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement and Storytelling

Work with key stakeholders to capture insights and develop compelling narratives that highlight Jacobs innovation, people and delivery excellence. Conduct interviews and draft leader profiles, case studies and proof materials that bring the Program Management story to life.

Support digital and social activation

Support the social media planning, publishing and analytics compilation for Program Management campaigns. Coordinate social media planning, publishing and analytics for Program Management campaigns. Where relevant, curate and repurpose content for LinkedIn and internal platforms to sustain a consistent global drumbeat. Monitor digital engagement and identify opportunities for amplification. Support monthly reports around this.

Market Intelligence and Events

Track competitor marketing activity, thought leadership and trends in program management, translating insights into marketing opportunities. Support the events team on marketing deliverables for Tier 1 conferences, webinars and Jacobs events.

Measurement and Collaboration

Support KPI reporting and dashboards measuring engagement, share of voice and influence on pursuits. Collaborate with regional marketing, design and communications teams to ensure alignment across markets and sectors.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream or any relevant Degree.
  • Three to five years of experience in marketing, communications or campaign management, ideally within professional services or B2B sectors

Skills And Experience


  • Strong writing, interviewing and storytelling skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident stakeholder management
  • Digitation activation skills for paid social media campaigns with experience using reporting tools
  • Collaborative, proactive and detail oriented with curiosity and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically
