Role Description:

We are looking for a high-energy Marketing & Business Development Intern who doesn't just want to learn, but wants to build. Requirements:

  • Creative Suite: Proficiency in Adobe, Figma, or Canva for high-quality posts and content production.
  • Performance Marketing: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO to drive measurable user growth.
  • Social media Management: Proficient in social platforms and trend analysis
  • Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills and the confidence to handle professional verbal/written client interactions.
  • TechStack: Experience with CRM software and data management to track performance and user onboarding.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret marketing insights and prepare structured weekly performance reports.
  • Strategic Mindset: Capable of conducting deep-dive market research to identify trends and product opportunities.
  • Adaptability: Highly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Sales & Outreach: Strong hustle mindset with the ability to perform cold calling, lead nurturing, and on-ground networking.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and edit high-retention video content and graphics using Adobe, Canva, and Figma.
  • Identify and generate a consistent pipeline of potential leads through various digital channels.
  • Manage and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Represent WiftHub at on-ground exhibitions and events to drive direct user acquisition.
  • Execute SEO strategies to dominate search rankings and drive organic platform traffic.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to nurture leads and streamline the user conversion process.
  • Maintain and update CRM software for precise data management and lead tracking.
  • Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify new trade opportunities.
  • Write compelling marketing copy and handle direct verbal and written client communication.
  • Analyse performance metrics and prepare weekly reports to track campaign success and ROI.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships through proactive customer support.
  • Monitor industry trends to provide actionable data insights for product development.
  • Handle direct user queries to resolve issues and gather feedback for the technical team.
  • Align all marketing and outreach activities with the company's business development goals.
  • Call existing users to provide hands-on assistance with storefront completion and profile verification.
