About Route to Smile Healthcare:

Route to Smile Healthcare is a Mumbai-based health tech startup focused on digital dentistry. We provide Clear Aligners, Virtual Surgical Planning for Orthognathic Surgeries, and 3D Printed Surgical Splints to orthodontists and oral & maxillofacial surgeons across India.

We are expanding our reach and looking for a motivated intern to help us with Business Development, Marketing & Lead Generation using online and social media channels.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development & Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients (orthodontists and oral surgeons) through digital outreach. Your goal will be to generate interest and set up meetings with the Sales Head.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other online tools.
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms.
  • Use AI tools to improve lead generation efficiency, outreach messaging, and data organization.
  • Track all activities, leads, and outcomes on CRM.
  • Assist in creating and executing basic digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Head for follow-ups and weekly performance updates.

Key Requirements

  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable using digital tools for research and communication.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Eager to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Duration & Location:

  • 2 months (full-time internship)
  • Remote with weekly in-person meetings in Mumbai
