Power the Future of AI & Why This Role Matters
The Marketing Analytics Manager will serve as the central owner of marketing reporting, analytics, and performance insights across the global marketing organization. This role is designed for a strategic, commercially minded analytics leader who can move beyond dashboard creation to actively shape marketing decisions through insight, interpretation, and perspective.
This individual will work closely with Demand Generation, Brand, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure leaders clearly understand what is working, what is not, and why. Success in this role requires strong technical fluency across Salesforce and Tableau, a deep understanding of B2B marketing metrics, and the confidence to challenge assumptions using data.
How You'll Make An Impact
Own Marketing Performance & Insights
- Act as the single owner of marketing analytics and reporting across all channels, programs, and regions.
- Translate leadership objectives and business questions into actionable analyses and clear performance narratives.
- Proactively surface insights on pipeline impact, funnel efficiency, and brand performance - connecting data across systems to tell a cohesive story.
- Move beyond descriptive reporting to diagnose drivers of performance and recommend actions.
Lead Reporting & Analytics Strategy
- Design and maintain scalable, reliable dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Tableau, and related BI tools.
- Establish consistent metric definitions, reporting standards, and data governance across Marketing.
- Ensure stakeholders have clarity and confidence in marketing performance data, from campaign-level metrics to executive summaries.
- Continuously evolve reporting to reflect changing GTM priorities and leadership needs.
Funnel, Pipeline & Revenue Analysis
- Analyze the full lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-revenue funnel in partnership with Revenue Operations.
- Measure marketing contribution to pipeline, SQOs, and revenue, with a strong understanding of conversion, velocity, and quality metrics.
- Support forecasting, planning, and QBRs with accurate, insight-driven analysis.
- Evaluate channel effectiveness, ROI, and attribution to guide investment decisions.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Influence
- Partner closely with Demand Generation, Brand, and Product Marketing leaders to guide performance optimization.
- Serve as a trusted analytics advisor to marketing leadership, providing independent perspective backed by data.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops and RevOps to ensure alignment between marketing metrics and revenue outcomes.
Marketing Technology & Data Enablement
- Leverage data across the full marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, and BI platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve data integration, reporting efficiency, and analytical depth.
- Support the ongoing maturation of Marketing Operations through better analytics, tooling, and processes.
Skills & Experience You Bring To The Table
- 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or marketing operations, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and data models.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau (or equivalent BI tools), including building executive-ready dashboards.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing metrics, including demand generation, SEO and website performance, paid media, and funnel analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex data, synthesize insights, and clearly communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and operations teams.
